Choose a clear point for incoming stock
When deliveries continue through the day, pick an agreed reference point for receipts and tell us how your system records them. A delivery unloaded before the count may be waiting for acceptance or data entry. Label that group and identify the person who can confirm its status. This preparation helps distinguish a timing difference from a quantity difference when you compare physical goods with your records.
Prepare the pricing reference for an ownership count
