Use one physical picture across selling channels
If your Chico shop sells online as well as across the counter, the same product may be available in more than one sales system. Explain where orders awaiting shipment are stored and when the records deduct them. PIA can discuss an itemized count that supports reconciliation. The important preparation is separating physical location from sales-channel status, so one item is not assumed to be two different pieces of stock.
